This is the quiz and questionnaire I have designed for EPQ. It was created on the 27th January 2016.

The questionnaire collects qualitative data.

The quiz consists of mathematical questions, one sat without music and one sat with music.
They are both of similar difficulty and consistency, and the percentage change will be calculated for the difference of the time taken.

The questionnaire has questions good for primary research, and I am hoping to gain a wide range different opinions and results from this experiment.
