Graceful Aurora is a remix of "8AM", performed by Kazumi Totaka.
Graceful Aurora is a peaceful, soft, fluid piece of music designed to create a feeling of ease and relaxation. There is a happy tone throughout the song and everything plays softly and smoothly. Most of the original song components remain in the remix I have created. The main changes are the instruments and sounds they create; e.g. the piano replacing some of the guitars. However, the deeper guitar notes still remain.
The tempo of the song remains the same at 100bpm.
Overall, there is not much change to the actual song but the feel of the song has been revamped due to the change in the instruments.
However, even with the minimal amount of change, the overall feel of the song is smoother and more polished. My song seems to have a more ambient feel, with more orchestral elements compared to the original song.
Overall views of the song
This image shows the string ensemble and flute improvisations not found in the original song. These only appear during the 2nd and 3rd loop, as a "build up" before the song finishes with just the fading accordion and a few piano notes. The aim of this was to create a feeling of immersion as there is a lot going on at this point before it abruptly ends. I was hoping these particular sections would increase concentration as it goes from fairly intense to very relaxed very suddenly, as opposed to a constant intensity which could cause the listener to become lost in the music and become distracted.
The string ensemble that accompanies the piano and guitar at the start of the song.
(Please note: the screenshots show a different instrument in the green box to what they actually are. This is an error caused when the instrument is changed after the green boxes are created and the name does not update)
